The herniaquestions Crusader Series 8.5” double-bevel kiritsuke is a push-cut master. The long, straight edge and sword-shaped tip are striking and effective for big cuts. Considered a Japanese version of the multi-purpose chef’s knife, this blade fuses the design of both traditional Japanese yanagiba (fish slicers) and usubas (vegetable knives).
